Summary:
This post proposes creatinga pool for LPs which will give an incentive for more people to stake – there are currently only 147 people doing LPing.
Update: Ample support and affirmations of the value in incentivizing LPs. Questions as to whther another lottery pool is necessary or it could simply be a staking pool

This two-part proposal discussion aims to (1) 2% of the interest proportionally distributed weekly to all depositors. This would come from the (2) POOL holders receive a half percent boost to interest rate.
