Objective: The Index Coop is known as the #1 asset-manager of choice in crypto

  • $200MM AUM
  • 2 new products are launched that will have strong market adoption
  • Unincentivized TVL across all products is $75MM
  • Repeatable dashboards, spreadsheets, and other content are created that drive product growth & retention
  • 5 significant distribution/integrations are live for DPI (e.g. Tier1/2 exchange, DeFi Integration (e.g. Aave, yield farms)
  • Tooling/infrastructure built to easily track metrics for future KRs (supply units across all products, un-incentivized supply units, holders, DEX liquidity, net retention across all products, revenue breakdown across all products)
