Duplicate Avalanche entry into Avalanche C-Chain and Avalanche X-Chain per PR comments (#6134)
* Add logo.png and info.json.

* Obey whitespace convention.

* Update info.json

* Switch logo.png from square avalanche logo to round avalanche mark.

* Duplicate Avalanche entry into 2 chains, avalanchec and avalanchex. Decimals are the same for each chain, and no alternative logo is available.
