Add BTD and BTS logos and info (#6537) 
* Add BTD and BTS logos and info

One of our BoltDollar (Previously Bat True Dollar) community members noticed TrustWallet is now showing the price for our tokens, but it does not have logos or associated info.  this change is to correct that.
