Updated our token info and logo to be accurate (#7250) 
* added info.json and logo.png for LOF

just added the info.json file and the official token logo for LOF

* changes to the title of the info

just removed the space from title

* Updated token info and logo

Updated the token information and logo due to some similarities of another platform so we have changed to stop the conflict and also be compliant.

* Fix explorer

* Fix explorer, format
