Add vEth2 info and logo (#7583)

* Add SharedStake Governance Token logo and info

Adding info about SGT.
SharedStake is one of the first decentralized ETH2 solutions in the field.

* Add vEth2 info and logo

vEth2 is the main collateral of the SharedStake Protocol. 
As the liquid representation of underlying staked Ether, it provides an additional yield on top traditional Eth2 staking.
