* Add new SEELE logo and info.

The old SEELE token has a deprecated Contract Address (f3ffd0b9ae/blockchains/ethereum/assets/0xB1eeF147028E9f480DbC5ccaA3277D417D1b85F0)

* Updated the folder, info.json, and logo

- Renamed the folder
- Updated the website and explorer links
- Compressed the logo

* Fixing conflicting files

* Update Seele to new contract address
