Add Dogs Of Elon (ERC20) - Previous paid PR #17925 (#17953)

* Added $DOE to trustwallet.

We are adding the Dogs of Elon (DOE) logo and information to trustwallet.

* Add DOE logo and info

Adding the TrustWallet logo and information for the Dogs of Elon token. The TrustWallet does not show the logo for the DOE token.

* Delete info.json

Deleted because it was not in the checksum asset

* Delete logo.png

Deleted because it was not checksum asset

* Info for token Dogs Of Elon

* Update info.json
