* Add top Elrond assets - part 1.

* Fix links.

* Fix links.

* Capitalize asset types.

* Rename SFT to ESDTSFT.

* Fix after review - drop "api", add links, add tags.

* Add missing website (placeholder).

* Fix USDC website, add extra link.
