* add Rebase logo on update version contract fixed https://github.com/RebasedToken/bounties/issues/2

* Resized and compressed the logo

* add info for Rebased

* Updated the info.json

- Removed white_paper & description
- Updated the correct valyes for Twitter handle and explorer
