Add NEX Token (Logo+Info) (#5007)

This is the ERC20 version of the Nash Exchange Security Token (NEX) that was launched on the NEO Network in 2018. We will offer a swap function from nep5 to erc20 on nash.io. Stats for the nep5 token:
