Update Logo and Info for PlotX (#4933)

* Add PlotX Logo

This request is about adding PlotX logo.

* Create info.json

* Fix json

* Add Logo for PLOT token

The previous logo on the white background isn't visible on the App. Can we have this logo in the App instead?

* Update info.json

Please add the info in the App too.
