Add top Elrond assets (plus some cleanup) (#19513)

* Add token definitions. Alter type, use METAESDT, where applicable.

* Add logo files.

* Fix after self-review.

* Cleanup (remove meta esdt).

* Add CRU, ZPAY.

* Add ecosystem pairs.

* Fix links.
