* Submission of Logo and information for EJECTELON

Originally called EJECTELON, we have rebranded to EJECT and would like that name to appear on Trustwallet. All info on the file is accurate

* Update info.json

* Info for token EJECT

* Delete info.json

* Delete logo.png
