[Internal][WIP] Upload to IPFS (#6393)

* Test IPFS upload in fix build

* Try without v1 version

* Use v0.1.5

* Use Pinata service

* Upload only dapps folder (revert)

* Also include blockchain folder

* Fix

* Create separate upload build
