add blk info and logo (#17436)

* add blk info and logo

BLK is the Governance token on BLK whale ecosystems that users are able to vote on protocol topics such as synthetic asset listings, fee revenue splits, collateral ratio, PAO(New type of IDO for new and existing projects), Social NFT[SocialFi], various ETF portfolios and other BLK improvement proposals.
